After a long hard day of hunting, and lessons, or even just a busy weekend, your dormitories will be your haven. It will be more than just your home away from home, and it is the place where you can come and relax after a long day or a late night.
The four poster beds are surprisingly comfortable, and it's easy to get lost in the smooth red velvet covers. Should you want some privacy from your chatty dorm mates, feel free to close the hangings around you and lose yourself in sleep.

Despite there only being two rooms per year listed above, IC there are obviously more rooms in the tower. After all, there are 9551 students in the school and about 2387 of those are Gryffindors. This is just meant to help create more of an IC feel for you as to your character's housing situation.

Puck was tired, quite tired really. It wasn’t that late at night but she could tell that Nimue and Kai needed their home cleaned, after all the last time she had cleaned it had been much earlier in that day. And tomorrow she would do the same thing really.
“Hey guys,” she told the fairies as she sat down on her trunk and looked at her roommate’s beds. Emmy’s was still covered in all of her cute panda things it was something she found adorable in her roommate really.
Still, she turned her attention back to the task at hand and glanced at the little fairies a soft smile on her face. “Hey,” she repeated and carefully opened the jar, “I have to clean things,” she told them as she carefully watched them fly out of the jar and hover near her. She quickly scourged the mess from the inside before Nimue and Kai even so much as fell back into the jar. Their little moss-covered rock was still there. The moss however was not; it had been removed and placed on the floor of the jar as if it were a blanket or a rug.

Angel looked at AJ. "Hey I just don't like being like this... it used to be the three of us against the world and now I have no idea what to think" Angel pouted she hoped that everything would sort thing out. "Yeah we'll just have to do that and pray that everything that has happened had made her see the light."
"He is so cool." Angel smiled. "I'm glad he's the head of house, though I do miss Professor Bentley." Angel really had grown a lot last term under Professor Bentley. "Yeah we can do that soon."
"Your losing your touch." Angel smiled. "Because your in love with a certain Hufflepuff prefect." Angel taunted her sister. "Seriously our muggle teachers would be shocked at the change in you." Angel smirked.
"Oh yeah sis I am declaring war." Angel was totally enjoying this but then she was getting a face full or soda and now it was her move and well she was going to get her sister back... she playfully kicked her sister off her bed. "Hehehe." Angel giggled as she looked down at her sis. Go on them AJ your move.
AJ knew exactly where her sister was coming from because she felt the same way. The only difference was that AJ didn't think about it as much as Angel did. She pretty much just took it for what it was and moved on. They were sisters, and surely things will go back to normal especially when they were all back at home. "It will get better, Angel. Don't worry about it."
"He's fun." Bentley will be missed by many. "She was an awesome head of house," and AJ could see why Angel was so attached to her. She was a lot warmer than Airey was, but that sort of thing didn't bother AJ.
"Never." The only difference at Hogwarts was that she wasn't getting in trouble for things like she would at her old school. "Hogwarts is just cooler, and they don't give out detentions like candy." How the second year had managed to stay out of trouble for as long as she did was beyond her, but she wasn't complaining. "And I'm not in love." There her sister went again, confusing her and Adi's life with Angel's and Benny's.

Was her sister really still taunting her? Didn't she know how AJ got? This had potential to get way out of hand, but AJ was too far gone. There was no way that she was going to let Angel show her up. It was on like donkey kong. AJ didn't answer her, instead she continued to soak her in water.
Angel was actually able to disarm AJ, and that only made her mad. Now wandless, the muggleborn had to use something else in her defense. It wouldn't be hard for her considering just two years back she didn't even own a wand. AJ picked up a soaked pillow, and smacked Angel across the face with it. Wet pillow fight anyone?
Only AJ didn't stop there. She used the smack as a tool for distraction. She jumped off the bed and scrambled for her wand. This was going to get ugly, and fast.
Angel smirked at her sister as she got hit by the pillow... she couldn't believe how her sister was acting but she was very far gone. Angel gave a fake yawn and smiled at her sister. "Rictusempra!!" Angel smirked as she used the spell on her sister, she really hoped that her sister was ready to laugh because that was what Angel was going to make her sister do.
"Oh AJ... you really have gone soft haven't you." Angel giggled, AJ would have never let her get away with this sort of thing a few years ago. "Maybe you should just give in now because I'm totally better than you." Angel smirked as she stuck her tongue out at her sister.

The next spell that came hurtling at her was one that she knew. Adi had used that very spell on her during their duel in the arena. It hit her square on and AJ started to laugh which only infuriated her more. She was in no mood to laugh. "I'm...I'm...I'm..." AJ laughed, and laughed, and laughed. Finally she was able to control it, and her smile was gone.
"Say I'm soft ONE MORE TIME!" AJ was so tired of hearing it because it wasn't true. Angel was the soft sister. She was very sensitive and emotional and nothing like AJ at all. The lion shouldn't let it get to her, but she couldn't help it. AJ was annoyed, and there wasn't a boyfriend around to calm her down.
Then her sister said she was soft... again. Her eye twitched, and that all too familiar "brain shutting off" feeling came over her. AJ raised her wand and pointed it directly at her sister's hair. "Diffindo!!!" If only the professors could see her now. She managed to get the spell working just right on the first try.
Angel's hair fell to the floor, and her fresh new style went down to a couple inches above her shoulder. It was not straight at all. The cut was rather jagged. There. Was she soft now? Her hand was still clenched tightly around her wand. Angel was going to retaliate, and AJ was going to be ready.
Angel was shocked when her sister went crazy... okay so she wasn't soft but her own sister was going crazy and

Her beautiful hair was on the floor it had taken her a while to get her hair nice... no she wasn't going to cry... see she wasn't soft either.
"YOU....." Angel glared at her sister. "HOW DARE YOU!!" Angel picked up her hair in her hand and looked at it. She was not staying in this room a moment longer what so ever and she wasn't even going to sleep in the girls dorm... she wanted to be way away from her sister. "YOU!!!!!!!!!!!" Angel thought about jinxing her sister but in the end she just stormed off out of the room leaving her sister there.

"How dare YOU." Angel had practically made her do it, and as of right now she didn't feel sorry about it. Hair would grow back. Matter of fact she was sure there was some sort of spell or potion that would do just that.
You what? AJ was waiting for an attack that never came. Her eyes followed her sister as she stormed out of the room. Ohhh, so she was going to wait and cry when AJ wasn't there to witness it. Good riddance. Maybe she would run into Benny in the common room. He could put Angel back together again.
AJ looked around at the mess. She wasn't cleaning THAT up. Good thing this wasn't her dorm. The lion walked out, and headed towards her own dorm. No way was she going to go running after Angel.

The Gryffindor, with a slice of bread in her mouth, carefully shifted all the objects to one arm and used the other to wave hi at Puck. She took the slice of bread out of her mouth and entered the dorm.

When she entered the dorm she was so excited to see Puck and Bianca. She beamed. "My boos!" She kind of sqeeled a bit as she ran and starting jumping a bit on her bed. She flopped down on her bed giggling.
She sat up with a huge grin on her face. She looked between B and Puck. Noticing the look on Puck's face. The grin slowly faded. "What's wrong? Who do I need to beat up?" Because if that's what she needed she was there boo.
Bianca was cradling a tub of ice cream, bread and various other sweets when she entered her dorm. Well, she was going to enter her dorm but she heard pacing. Okay, that was also a lie, she didn't hear it but she saw it 'cause the babe's dorm was like... right by hers.
The Gryffindor, with a slice of bread in her mouth, carefully shifted all the objects to one arm and used the other to wave hi at Puck. She took the slice of bread out of her mouth and entered the dorm.
"You okay there, babe?" Bianca asked, allowing herself to sit on the babe's bed and drop all the food there. Don't worry, they were all wrapped. "Do you want some bread? A little snack before heading to Hogsmeade later or something.

Oh. Bianca noticed the bread falling from Cinnastix's mouth. She supposed the girl was just as alarmed as she was. And asking for details. Same page. Bianca liked that. Heh. This was why these two were some of her closest friends. She STARED at Puck and nodded her head. She would rub her long mustache except she did not have one. Bianca was quite tempted to use the prank that C-Squared had given to her on their date but she held off on that. "Wait... so he just kissed you? And that was it?" No romantic declaration of his love towards her? No flowers and sweeping off her feet? Just a kiss... and some weird whispering.
"You didn't screw this up! That's his fault. He should've given you a signal." Cause there were supposed to be signals for kisses. Bianca was not an expert on kissing or anything of that sort but she was fairly certain that when a guy was going to kiss you, there was a signal. "Besides, he kissed you without your permission, that's like... stealing." Or something. Bianca wasn't all too sure. She looked over at Cinna, trying to get her confirmation. It was quite clear that both were more experienced in this field than she was. The Gryffindor was going to say something else but she heard a loud cackle.
WAIT. CLEANING?! WERE THE HOUSE ELVES HERE?!
"OH. MY. MERLIN!!!!" Bianca shrieked feeling shampoo douse her hair and her clothes. AND HER BREAD. What was PEEVES doing here?! "GET OUT."
Because her hair was not used to this shampoo and her bread was getting ruined and what was she supposed to do now? Bianca had absolutely no idea.
