Dining Hall - Ground Floor

The Dining Hall and kitchen area are easily accessible for all students. Whether it's a feast or everyday dining, students can enjoy a wide variety of foods. Upon entering, the first thing that catches your eye is the clean floor and the golden harp that is magically charmed to play calming music in the corner.

The seating arrangement features long & short tables with full chairs that can accommodate groups of students, depending on the length of the table. Each section is identified by tablecloths in house colors, and mascot banners hang from the ceiling above each section. The windows offer a beautiful view of the Chaudron Étang. The staff ascend a gold spiral staircase to a beautiful balcony to dine and watch over the students below.

During feast times, students gather at the tables, where their meals magically appear before them. During regular dining hours throughout the school term, students are encouraged to explore the kitchen areas before heading to their tables in the dining room. A closed portrait leads to the kitchen, which requires tapping with your wand three times, but only if you're craving something outside dining hours.
