Just as Nicolas had introduced himself, he felt the ferret jump onto his legs. "Aww." He said. "Such a cute ferret." The ferret clung onto his pants. He knew animals had always loved him and everything, but not this much that it would cling onto him just as soon as he stepped in front of it. He liked it anyways.
"Sixth year?" He exclaimed. "Wow. My step sister is a fifth year." He told them. "Nice to meet you Jamie and Belle." He said and heard Jamie ask Belle which year she was in. They had probably only just met.
"Fifth year? What's your sister's name? I might know her." Belle smiled at the firstie and watched Sergeant Gus Gus cling to his pant leg. Shayna meowed and jumped off Jamie's lap, landing on the floor with a thump, and proceeded to scamper over to the newcomer. She sat at his feet and meowed, waiting for him to bend down and pet her.
