Background:
- Abraham Orlando Botros-Giordano was born via a surrogate (Abra's friend Katarina Imago-Baines) on 13th October 2105, to fathers Dante (a healer) and Abra (music artist/wrockstar)
- He has a younger brother, Silvio, also born via surrogate (Abra's friend Mairwen Imago-Baines), who was born in the summer of the next year, putting them both in the same school year
- As Lando was growing up, his parents adopted his sister McKenna and his brother Claude as teenagers, choosing specifically to open their home to older children with troubled pasts who might have had difficulty finding their forever homes
- When Lando was around eleven, his family also fostered Ty Prince, another teenager with a difficult history who was in the care system
- Lando was homeschooled for his primary school years, and spent a lot of time around the world accompanying his father on tour when it was appropriate for him to be there
- When Lando started at Hogwarts, he was sorted into Gryffindor house, though the Hat also strongly considered Hufflepuff
- However, Lando had a lot of personal struggles which were exacerbated during his first year at school, and so spent his second year being homeschooled once again; he returned to Hogwarts for a fresh start at the beginning of his third year

Extra:
- Plays guitar; learned from Abra at a young age
- Pretty quiet, a little on the shy side, and yet craves friendships
- Subtle bravery; small actions, not big deeds
- Strong sense of justice, and a fixation on not only doing things right but in doing the right thing
- Struggles with his mental health and has a lot of discomfort and guilt about understanding or expressing his unhappiness or other difficulties, because he knows he has, and has always had, a brilliant life with all he could ever want, and especially recognises that his adoptive/foster siblings have had it much tougher than he has
- Gets very quiet if he thinks he's done the wrong thing, or the right thing in the wrong way
- Freaks out if something bad happens and he feels responsible in some way
- Feels particularly at home in the hustle and bustle of the tour environment
- Adores his siblings but idolises Claude most of all
- Really wants a motorcycle
- Wants to join forces with someone who can draw and to create a graphic novel together; he has the vision but not the artistic ability, nor the patience to develop it
- Alternatively, would like to write a book
- Tried to write songs but turns out that's really hard too
- Reads a lot of fiction
- Spends a lot of time on his own unless he can find some kind of shared interest with someone and use that as the catalyst to spend time with them and get to know them
- Had a brief stint of deciding his dream was to be a healer like his dad, but turns out that's really difficult too, plus the weight of the added responsibility scared him off the idea
- Now has no idea what he wants to try and do as a career after he leaves Hogwarts, as he doesn't feel he excels in any particular classes, nor have any realistic goals, and so is sort of directionless
- Goes by Lando to differentiate himself from the other Abrahams in his family... and also because he feels the immense pressure that comes with the legacy of his name
- Has a tabby cat named Mischief that he got during his time being homeschooled during his second year
