Muttering a few things along the line of 'this is a waste of time', Juliette straightened her clothes out and stuck one foot out before hearing... the suit of armour respond.
Wh-- Quickly, she turned back to look at the suit of armour. All these years here and never had she heard it say a peep. And now it was telling her she was the fairest of them all? Was she Snow White? Next thing you know, she was going to be able to sing to fwoopers and have nifflers do her chores. What was one supposed to say to a suit of armour after a reply like that though? She wondered where the armour was from too because the accent was... off?
"Armour, armour, on the wall....... do you like to talk often?" She then proceeded to sit in front of the armour, completely oblivious to the upperclassman who was hiding behind a suit of armour not too far away. "Cause I didn't know you could do that but I think you'd be a good keeper of secrets. Since you're a knight and all and you're supposed to protect things." That reasoning made plenty of sense to her. "And do you eat? Like real food? Like can I pour things in your helmet or do you just like to be polished and oiled?"
Juliette had some serious questions that needed answering.
He was expecting the young girl to walk away. So his pranking was done; however, she stayed and sat in front of the armor. Intriguing, thought Noah. He remained silent as he listened to her question. "
Talk often? Once a week, I suppose," he offered, nonchalantly. He paused, remaining quiet when she asked more questions. Noah smirked, wondering what other questions she would ask, but then realized he should perhaps answer her questions that she had posed.
"
I will protect all my ladies' secrets," he said, standing taller, pretending that would affect the suit in armour in front of him. Alas it did not. "
I just prefer to be oiled and polished..." Though the sound of food did sound good. "
However, I won't ever say no to deliciously baked snickerdoodle cookies."
Did that satisfy her questions?
