It had been a week or so since Louise and all the other students had returned to Hogwarts for the year. The September air was cooling down a little bit, it still felt warm enough to hang around in the sunshine, so Louise took her afternoon snack and headed outside to soak in what was left of the summer.
Looking for a quieter place to settle down for a bit, Louise went to the butterfly garden, a rather peaceful corner of the grounds where she could listen to the rustle of the trees and watch the colorful wings fly around. Quietly, the fourth year took a seat on the grass and munched on her apple slices, hoping the butterflies would grow used to her presence and maybe even join her. |
