IGNORING Claudine as she walked into the room, Bernie INSTEAD made a beeline for those people dressed most like her, ie, Phoebe and Cece. She always enjoyed how Phoebe greeted Recard with a bonjour like they were still in France; it made her snicker, actually, which she was doing now as she stepped arouuuuuuuuund the toy on the ground and into a seat. This was an accomplishment, apparently, as one Ravenclaw missed his seat entirely and one Slytherin (HI NINA) showed herself to be frightened of toys.
"Hello, Professor," she greeted her properly, in the Queen's English, and then took to staring at the toy thing. Was it--- what she thought it was? What did animals have to do with History class? Consider her interested.
