SPOILER!!: Tanner

House meeting! They were going to get their Eagle Comrade mentor assignments, and the pairings were people they could learn and grow from! Penelope was excited about this mentor thing. She didn't have a mentor her first year at hogwarts, but she was determined to learn from and grow with her mentor for her second year. This meeting sounded way more interesting than mattress surfing. Penelope didn't know many of the older Ravenclaw students, but she was sure that whoever she was paired with would help her to learn and grow.

That being the chief goal of school activities, of course. "To announce the pairs I will hand things over to Mr. Kitridge," she said, holding out the paper for him to take. House meeting!
