Ok now that a large number of people were here, Armen could start the meeting. The one person he was missing was Katherine Spades, his Apparation practicals examiner who he needed for this meeting but he supposed he could fill her in later personally if needed. "Ok everyone, I am glad you have all shown up because Magical Transportation has a large plate of assignments to cover in the Ministry at the current time." he said rubbing his hands together. This was good for them, the Ministry and Lord Borr will recognize their hard work.

"Now first off, Lord Borr has made it clear to all the Department heads that he would like the Ministry to focus on Environmental refurbishing around the Wizarding center of Diagon Alley. He would like a team of employees to go out and plant trees in the shopping center and is very excited about this project." he looked around the room and it was a known fact that most employees of the Ministry had at least a vague dislike of the large new Minister but Armen respected him and his Cultist ways and he would not tolerate anything less than respect for their Minister.

Katrina smiled. "Thank you Mister Recard," she said, watching others file in and smiling at all of them. She waited for the rest of them to sit down, as well as to find out why exactly they were here.

She was quite excited to get back into doing more work... much like last time except not stuck in a weird cave-tunnel thing. She was a tad bit confused though as to why they should be planting trees around Diagon Alley, they weren't the Environmental department... that was Level 4, they were Level 6 and they were in charge of... well, Transportation. However, she had grown slightly used to Borr's ridiculous ideas and trees and plants of all sorts was good for the environment.

"Mister Recard, the idea is great, but you said a team of employees, how will you be splitting us all up for this?" Katrina asked, wondering if she would be digging holes and... planting trees. That and what about their current jobs? Would all of that be placed on hold to plant trees?
