Some Background:
Early Life
Charmaine had produced her first bits of magic at the very young age of three, she had been trying to grab a book from the kitchen table. After a bit of tugging, she managed to get it down. She then transfigured it into a chocolate chip cookie which she ate.

School Years

Charmaine was a smart student and graduated top of her class 4 years ago. She had tutored many weaker pupils and had been tutored in her Ancient Runes. She now understands her runes very well, almost as well as her charms.

From Graduation to Now

Charmaine took a position as Teacher's Assistant in Charms the year after graduating and has kept the job until recently. She had applied for a job at age 21 and had been accepted into the Department of Magical Transportation.

Personality:

A generally cheery person, seldom frowns unless working on a particularly hard spell. Loves quidditch and plays well as beater and chaser. Socially active, quick at making friends. Is also a decent cook. Charmaine is a flirt sometimes and is sometimes very comical. She is very good with children and sometimes takes care of her sister's little angels (not).
